punt intended (sorry, i'm jetlagged)
The Charles Tour of Oxford, kindly given by zhui, has led me to believe that manicured lawns plus deer parks, punting in the summer sunshine, and beautiful school buildings and chapels made-of-stone-not-brick are the most conducive conditions for studying/thinking great thoughts. of course though, you should never try to photograph grumpy students after their exams - they will just get grumpier and stare daggers you.
